Important Information:

Maximum handicap 40.4 for Stroke Play participants.

Handicap revision date 01-Jun-2010 will be used to determine indexes.

All registrants must post at least two 18-hole rounds or four 9-hole rounds from TBD.

Personal Measuring Devices (DMD) are permitted for use at all EWGA Championship events. These devices must only measure distance and not slope or gradient.
- Timberlin Golf Course Driving Range facility is small - There are only 5 "mats" and only irons are allowed.
- All participants must mail in the registration form, copy of handicap card or computer print-out of your handicap index – even if paying online. Mailing information is available at checkout. Online and mail-in payment options are available.
- We welcome non-competitive players to register and join the competitors for this premier event. In order to ensure that all those wishing to compete in our Chapter Championship will be accommodated, spots for Non-Competitive players are subject to availability after all of those wishing to compete have registered. If necessary, we will contact the golf course to add more spots so that we can accommodate all participants regardless of whether or not they wish to compete. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to extend extra tee times, beyond our initial estimate. Please be aware that we may need to ask for volunteers to drop out – only as a last recourse. Our goal is to have everyone who is interested participate.
